A few things that will always go together at Oskar Blues Fooderies: Craft Beer, Fresh Ingredients, Live Music and Family & Friends.

These core values are the backbone of Oskar Blues Fooderies, and we’ve worked hard to make sure they’re ingrained in all our restaurants. Want to know more about the history of Oskar Blues Fooderies? For the who, what, when, where & why’s, visit our ABOUT page.

Craft Beer

We're OSKAR BLUES Fooderies for a reason. Our restaurant in Lyons was originally the brewpub for Oskar Blues Brewery and the catalyst for the craft-beer-in-a-can-craze! So with Oskar Blues beer at our heart and soul, it makes sense that our Fooderies would offer a delicious and diverse array of craft beer. Not only do all of our locations serve core and seasonal Oskar Blues Brewery beers, they also have rotating taps that showcase other craft breweries from throughout Colorado and the United States. So whether it's in Lyons, Longmont or soon-to-be Denver, we'll always make sure our customers have a great selection to choose from and the opportunity to try unique beers not easily found at other venues.

Fresh Ingredients

At Oskar Blues Fooderies, we’ve kept it local by consciously sourcing the majority of our ingredients from Colorado farms. Knowing exactly who and where our food comes from allows us to consistently deliver fresh dishes to our customers. Instead of relying on pre-made frozen foods, our chefs utilize scratch cooking – putting heart and soul into prepping our meats, vegetables, sides, sauces and dressings. #GETINHERE to taste home-made Root Beer by B.Stiff & Sons, custom Beer-Infused Hot Sauces and our unique Oskar Blues Spices that'll kick yer meal up a notch - all made right here in ColoRADo! Oh, and did we mention they're FOR SALE?!

Live Music

The Original Oskar Blues in Lyons was outfitted with a music room, because real music will always be as important to us as real food, beer & people. That’s why all our concepts, no matter the size or location, feature live music at least one night a week! At Oskar Blues Fooderies, we work hard to book local and national talent who bring all different genres to the table for your listening pleasure. Whether it's Blues, Bluegrass, Rock & Roll or Reggae, you're sure to find amazing artists and entertainment at all of our restaurants. For details & information on upcoming shows at each of our restaurants, visit our EVENTS page.

Family & Friends

Sure you have to be 21 to enjoy our beer, but there ain’t no age limit for experiencing the awesome food and fun found at our restaurants. As a local company with an amazing group of family and friends, we definitely abide by “the more the merrier” rule. While we pride ourselves in our beer-based culture, the other elements of our brand are equally important to our overall vibe. So no matter what concept or location you visit, rest assured we’ve got something for everyone!
