Sara Emmitt is a poet and musician based in the Rocky Mountain foothills where she was born and raised. She is a storyteller at heart, and unabashedly offers the tender accounts of her life's journey through her music. From her battles with sickness and confrontations with death, to her pilgrimage to self love, to the magic of finding her voice as a vehicle for wellness, Sara has a knack for squeezing the nectar out of life's highs and heartbreaks, and spinning it into song and story.
